TERMS & CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY

1. DEFINITIONS & INTERPRETATION

In these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, unless the context otherwise requires:

1.1. “Act” means the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002 as amended from time to time, and includes the Rules made there under.

1.2. “Rules” means the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Rules, 2002 and any amendments.

1.3. “Society / we / us” refers to TIRUMALLA TIRUPATI MULTI STATE CO-OPERATIVE CREDIT SOCIETY LTD., a cooperative registered under the Act.

1.4. “Member / user / you” means an individual or legal entity admitted to membership of the Society in accordance with its Bye-Laws and the Act.

1.5. “Personal Data / Information” refers to any information that identifies or relates to a member or user that is collected by the Society.

2. APPLICABILITY

These Terms & Conditions apply to all members and users of the Society’s services, whether availed through physical offices or digital platforms (including websites and mobile applications).

By enrolling as a member / using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any future amendments published in accordance with the Society’s Bye-Laws and applicable law.

3. MEMBERSHIP & CONDUCT

3.1. Membership Admission:

Membership shall be granted in accordance with the Bye-Laws of the Society and provisions of the Act and Rules, after submission of prescribed application, fees, documentary proof and compliance with eligibility criteria.

3.2. Member Obligations:

Members shall:

• adhere to the cooperative principles and Society’s Bye-Laws;
• pay applicable charges, contributions, and dues on time;
• not misuse Society facilities or services;
• comply with the procedure for General Body meetings, voting, and other governance processes specified in Bye-Laws and the Act.

3.3. Suspension & Termination:

The Society reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in accordance with Bye-Laws and the Act for non-payment of dues, misconduct, breach of rules, or other valid grounds.

4. SERVICES & RIGHTS

4.1. Scope of Services:

The Society may provide services specified in its registered Bye-Laws and approved by the Central Registrar, including but not limited to financial, credit, marketing, and allied cooperative functions.

4.2. Amendments & Updates:

The Society may update these Terms & Conditions at any time to ensure compliance with law or improve member services, provided that such amendments are approved in accordance with Bye-Laws and communicated to members.

4.3. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property, software, content, and trademarks used in connection with the Society’s services are governed by applicable copyright, trademark, and design laws.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of services or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, including the Act, Rules, and applicable cooperative and civil statutes. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanisms specified in the Bye-Laws and the Act.
